the steam and water cock.
2) Open
the drain cock and see drain is clear.
3) Open
the steam cock and steam cock, shut the steam cock.
4) Open
the water cock and see water cock is clear, shut the cock.
5) Now
shut the drain cock.
6) Open
the water cock first.
7) Now
open the steam cock.
8) Check
the water level is showing in gauge glass.
