dimensions are required to make gasket.
Requirement for performing the task:
1.
Different types of
packing material: Graphite,Carbon,PTFE, Glass fiber, Cotton
2.
Different types of
gasket material: Rubber, Leather, Cork, Paper
3.
Tools required to
make Gasket: Divider, Scissor/Gasket cutter, Steel rule, hole punch, hammer
Precaution
to be observed:
1.
Wear proper PPE.
2.
Use proper tools.
3.
Insure all the
tools are in good condition.
4.
Make sure marking
is clear on gasket sheet.
5.
Use gasket sheet
cutter properly to prevent from injury.
6.
Use anvil for
striking hole punch.
