Aims:

       1.    What are the safety precautions needs to follow when working on lathe machine.

Requirement for performing the task:

1.    Reference theory from MEK text book.

2.  Lathe machine

Precaution to be observed:

1.    Wear proper PPE.

2.    Wear safety goggles.

3.    Make sure there should not any tools placed on lathe machine.

4.    Do not take any measurement while machine is running.

5.    Do not try to stop machine by hand.
