Precaution to be observed:

1.    
Wear proper
PPE.

2.    
Do not lift
the heavy equipment manually.

3.    
Check the
slings and eye bolts for any kind of damages before use.

4.    
Do not stand
under hanging load.

5.    While operating chain block, should not stand below the load.
