Age limit:
- For General Cast 25 Years on date of Admission
- For OBS 28 Years
- For SC & ST 30 Years
Qualification:
- 12th with 60% Passing marks in Physics, Chemistry and Math.
- English Marks should be 50%
- Candidate must pass IMU (Indian Maritime University,Chennai ) CET.
- B.Sc. (Physics,
Mathematics, Chemistry, B.Sc in Electronics with Physics as individual subject
in one of the years with an average not less than 55% of marks in the final
year) - B.E. Or B. Tech from IIT or college approved by
AICTE. - Passing % not less than
50% of aggregate in the final year. - 5% of Relaxation for English marks will be applicable for candidates who belong to the S T and are natives of the Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Additionally, both the candidates’ parents must be born in the islands and belong to the Scheduled Tribes of their islands.
Medical fitness:
- Candidate should be medically fit as per DGS guidelines.
- vision should be 6/6 in both eyes with no color blindness.
- Candidate should be unmarried.
